When to run the experience?

Will the VR users be going through the VR experience:

  1. In advance of the workshop,
  2. Immediately before the workshop, or
  3. During the workshop?

In advance will require a booking of space and a dedicated space where the VR will stay. However, a lower number of headsets can be shared across a longer period of time to get a large amount of users through a given experience. Eg. Wallmart has one VR headset per store, where employees can book in a slot wiuthin the calendar to go through their VR training.

Immediately before and during the workshop will require tighter timeframes to get users through the experience and therefore the right number of allocated headsets needs to be ensured.
